Includes a 30 min no obligation virtual meet and greet via FaceTime.
3x 2 hour virtual birth preparation sessions.
Phone/FaceTime support as needed during your labour, birth & early postpartum hours.
1x 60 min virtual debrief and check in.

In person or Zoom coaching session to help you and your partner feel best prepared for your upcoming birth.
Personalised session catered just for you.
Text support following our session for one week for any follow up questions you might have.
