3 prenatal visits of 2hrs includes birth preparation, finalising your birth wishes list, pre birth rituals, breathing techniques, meditation, visualisation, optimal maternal positioning, postnatal planning & prenatal yoga.

• 1 x facetime catch up/check in around your estimated due date.

• I can help you organise a meal train or give you recipes to start filling your freezer in preparation for birth.

• I go on call 2 weeks either side of your estimated due date.

• During the on call period, I am available to you and your partner for unlimited phone and text support.

• Outside of the on call period, I am available for text/email support within reason.

• Attend your labour and come with you when/if you transfer to hospital and stay for the entire labour and birth (and stay around 2-3 hours post birth - although this is flexible and I will follow your lead).

• Access to my lending library of birth & postpartum related books.

• 2 postpartum visits - approximately 2 hours long where we debrief your birth experience, I can do meal prep, light house duties, walking pets, helping with older children, help with breastfeeding, cuddle baby while you rest/shower/stretch and any other duties you need, which may include attending appointments with you as support if necessary.

• Each postpartum visit includes a nourishing Postpartum meal package of easily digested Ayurvedic inspired postpartum food and snacks to start your postpartum journey to optimal healing.
